Jean-Pierre POUSSIN works with RAVET & PARTNERS as a consultant in criminal law and procedure, for which he conducts international missions on behalf of the European Union (auditing, consulting and training).
He also acts in civil and commercial matters, as well as in computer law.

Jean-Pierre POUSSIN, now an honorary magistrate, has had a career in civil, commercial and criminal matters, both as a judge and a prosecutor.
After having been an examining magistrate, then President of a high court, deputy attorney general and magistrate at the central administration, his last functions were those of President of the Investigating Chamber.
He was the Delegate of the Commission de l’Informatique, des Réseaux et la Communication Electronique (COMIRCE) at the Chancellery, responsible for the computerization of the judiciary and, as such, supported the projects of the Ministry of Justice before the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.
He has taught civil and criminal law at the IAE of Caen, the Faculty of Law of Aix en Provence, as well as in the training centers of lawyers of Aix en Provence, Marseille and Nice.
He has led computer and legal training sessions for the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature.
